Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Acclaimed We want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds, in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.
1. Your Right of Withdrawal (The 14-Day Rule)
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.
If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the 14-day period begins when you receive the final item.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract through a clear statement.
Steps to return an item:
Contact Us: Email us at [Email Address] or use our [Link to Return Portal/Form] within the 14-day period. You may use the model withdrawal form attached at the bottom of this page, but it is not obligatory.
Pack the Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, if possible.
Ship it Back: Send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Non-Faulty Returns: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Faulty/Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Condition of Returned Items
You are permitted to examine and try on the clothing as you would in a physical shop. However, you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the items beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
To ensure a full refund, items should be returned:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
With all original tags still attached.
5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
1.For health and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the items if their protective hygiene seal has been broken or removed after delivery.
2.Custom-made or personalized clothing cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
6. The Refund Process
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
Timeline: We will process your refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
Payment Method: We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
